Abstrak
ABC's of selling is the rearrangement of the discussion of the selling process, explaining selling situations faced and how to react to them. The goal has always been to demonstrate to students the order of steps within the selling process; and explain how the steps within the selling process interact with one another. The 14 chapters in the text are divided into four parts: selling as a profession, preparation for relationship selling, the relationship selling process, and, time and territory management: keys to success.
