A miscarriage of justice can result from non-disclosure of evidence by police of prosecution, fabrication of evidence, poor identification, over estimation of the evidential value of expert testimony, unreliable confessions due to police pressure of psychological instability and misdirection by the judge during trial. David’s family was not allowed to see david’s body direcly, the police also detained David’s laptop, and promise that it shall be returned to the family after the court ended, however, even after decision by the court of Singapore. There were also oddities that occur during David’s trial.
