Abstrak
Performance management has a strategic role in improving organizational performance that connects synergies between individual goals with the vision and mission of the organization. However, in Indonesian system of government, performance management has not yet been implemented properly and remains at the level of concepts and policies that are widely discussed in various seminars or limited forum discussions. The book deserves to be the main reference in implementing ASN performance management in central and local government institutions. The material in this book not only refers to existing policies but is alse enhanced with practical concepts and steps on every aspect of it.
